Data Management and Analysis: Chemonics Inc, USAID funded Global Health Supply Chain Procurement and
Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) (M&E (Data Management and Analysis) Manager).
November 2016 –Till date
Achievements:
Maintain Data Integrity: Created and implemented procedures/work instructions to make routine and periodic
program data management and analysis processes more effective and efficient. Harmonised and developed an
Ayoola-Oladeji, Racheal Oluwafisayo;- (-
integrated master list of over 15,000 health facilities supported by four distinct programs (Malaria, RH, HIV/AIDS, and
tuberculosis). This was used to create the project's health facility registry as well as the Nigeria Health Logistics
Management Information System (NHLMIS).
Data quality and incidence tracking: Established and supervised data quality standards by designing a KPIs gap
analysis and monitoring trends template. Over 35 rounds of routine data quality assessment (DQA) on HIV/AIDS,
Malaria, MNCH, and Family Planning data collected from over 12,000 public health facilities were organized and
coordinated to determine the quality of data collected and ascertain the in-country data confidence rating. Managed
internal data quality checks and analysis; put corrective measures in place to ensure error-free program reporting.
Data Management and Analysis: Managing commodities logistics data from over 12000 facilities successfully. Led
the automation of the project data management process (data collection, cleaning, validation, modelling, and analysis)
across the four GHSC-PSM projects to assist in detecting and resolving data quality issues, uncovering important
information, and generating key performance indicators (KPIs) that inform conclusion making and decision-making.
Performance Management: Developed the methodology for program performance review and continuous quality
improvements. Updated, reviewed, and analysed program performance measurement; identified gaps and
recommended potential improvement initiatives. Participated in the development and tracking of project plan over the
last six years, ensuring that work plan outputs are aligned with GHSC-PSM indicators. Participated in the development
and updating of the GHSC-PSM project Monitoring and Evaluating Plan, which is in line with the GHSC-PSM Nigeria
goal and the development objectives of the USAID Nigeria Mission.
Technical Reporting: Drafted over 25 editions of program technical reports and compilation of program indicator
tables for various monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports. Responsible for timely reporting of quality
routine logistic data and KPIs to donors. Developed a Power Bi (PBI) dashboard for senior management review and
technical teams to track, analyse, visualise, and report on periodic program KPIs and other monitoring and evaluation
data.
Surveys coordination: Provided Technical oversight was provided for the development and implementation of
approximately 30 project surveys/assessments (Protocol development, tool design, enumerator training, data
collection activity, analysing data, prepare report and result presentation): 4 Drug Revolving Fund (DRF) assessment ,
11 Biannual End Use Verification (EUV) survey and 6 annual Data Quality Assessment (DQA) surveys, 2 State LMCU
maturity model assessment (2017 and 2018); 10 quarterly warehouse stock counts
Capacity Building: Supervised, mentored, and trained seven project-hired monitoring and evaluation staff (5 Advisors
and two Associates) in M&E fundamentals, data analysis, report writing, and information synthesis for diverse
stakeholders. As well as increasing staff capacity to manage logistics and other related data effectively and efficiently
in order to generate output suitable for decision makers at all levels. Participated in capacity building for federal and
state government employees in Nigeria.
GPRHCS Availability of Contraceptives and Maternal/RH Medicines in Service Delivery Points in Nigeria:
John Snow Inc. (Data Cleaning Consultant).
December 2016–January 2017
Achievements:
Data quality: Using an automated designed MS Excel tracker, I reviewed and cleaned the 6 data forms from each of
the 1098 assessed health facilities across the 36 plus FCT states. In addition, data completeness across facilities was
taken into account.
Data Management and Analysis: Daily reviewed and performed high level cleaning on the incoming GPRHCS from
the 1098 sampled health facilities across 36 plus FCT states in Nigeria.
Technical Reporting: Ran qualitative data analysis using Ms. Excel and STATA statistical software to ensure
denominators were corrected and data is clean before for final analysis and report writing.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Chemonics Inc, Global Health Supply Chain Procurement and Supply Management
(Senior M&E Consultant).
October 2016 –November 2016
Achievements:
Completed the LMIS data analysis and documentation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for reporting donor.

quarterly reporting.
UNFPA GPRHCS Availability of Contraceptives and Maternal/RH Medicines in Service Delivery Points in
Nigeria: UNFPA (Data Management Consultant).
October 2016 –December 2019
Achievements:
For effective data tracing, the site list code from the over 40000 possible health facilities sampling frame was reviewed.
In addition, 1098 facilities were chosen using probability simple random and stratified sampling methods.
Reviewed survey training materials, including field help and user guides for data collection and mobile tool operation,
in collaboration with the local consultant for Magpi server data management.
Created an efficient data collection mechanism using Whatsapp messaging and GPs location posting for monitoring,
Stata data coding for a quick and real-time data validation and analysis of the collected dataset to generate indicators
for preliminary output presentation.
Created a data cleaning protocol outlining the steps to generate preliminary analysis for the debrief meeting. And then
worked with the field data collectors to perform a first-level data quality check and real-time data cleaning on all six
datasets from the 1098 facilities.
Analysed survey data to generate tables, charts, and graphs; provided statistical interpretation of results in preparation
for final report. Prepared and submitted a report outlining the processes and challenges of data management and
analysis.
