Hi for my first job. I have worked as a customer service representative for 3 years in a financial company. I was with tier 1 during my first months wherein I answered customer concerns by talking in calls , answering/ sorting emails,and doing live chats, after a year I became part of the fraud department, and my main responsibility is to check fraudulent activities in customer accounts and help them all the steps of the way to settle dispute with the unauthorized transactions posted on their accounts. I participated in different training to learn different tools that helped me deliver my best work. I can easily learn tools that would be used to execute a certain task.
I also worked as administrative staff in an English company wherein in I handled email and schedule management, social media marketing and research (Facebook and Twitter) .I'm also versed using Microsoft Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others). I already tried working as full time encoder with a foreign company.
I am very hardworking, responsible and detail oriented individual who will do my best to satisfy clients by delivering the results they are looking for. I am very much willing to learn anything and very open to corrections to achieve the best result the clients is aiming for.
