I am computer literate, I have been trained to answer calls and respond to emails, handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email, I also process orders, forms and also has the knowledge to work with spreadsheets and etc.
I also do the research required information using available resources as well as manage and resolve customer complaints, I know how to established rapport with clients or customers.
