As Assistant Manager Business Development - Consumer Financing, I am responsible to assist
Management in developing new business opportunity especially for multifinance and
multipurpose financing, maintaining quality of financing by building good relationship with
Bank’s clients. Moreover, supporting management in monitoring the achievement of business

Analyze and reporting customer satisfaction result on Bank's consumer financing
products based on survey suggest marketing strategy based on the survey results.
Planning capital and operational expenditure of consumer financing project activities.
Supporting Management in preparing presentation of Bank's performance during the
current year and projection of next year, including the long term strategy and short term

operating in Indonesia since 2007 with total 12 branches in area of Jakarta, Surabaya and
Bandung. One year after acquiring Bank Halim in 2007, the company’s profit increased by $2.01
million, a record high among the new foreign lenders in Indonesia.
As officer of Strategy Management & Investor Relations Department, I’m responsible to assist in
the development and roll out of the corporate and divisional strategy in the alignment of the
budget, facilitate strategic decision making, map external environment for new business,
prepare strategic presentations for BOD and external audiences.
