Racquel De Guzman

My professionalism and excellent work ethics contribute to my success in the workforce for over 10 years. Graduating from an allied health course, I ventured into healthcare, healthcare-related customer service, and teaching.

I possess a double college degree and holds a license to practice dental medicine in the Philippines. At one point, I was a dental marketing officer for an ambulatory facility. My time in the dental marketing business taught me administrative work. Now, I practice dentistry and utilize what I have learned.

For me, healthcare is a continuous and growing career. And that is why I wanted to explore other healthcare businesses. Therefore, apart from practicing the profession, I joined an insurance team of provider care specialists that specifically handles benefits &eligibility and claims. In this career, I experienced how to be the non-provider, as I am a provider myself.  This experience gave me the idea on how to give great customer service on both ends.

I also believe that my devotion to work, time management, and discipline earned me a great deal of success in my years of working. On a part time basis, I did a live chat until the project ended and do teaching which developed my skills in writing, proofreading, and planning.

Over the years, I earned a lot of skills from different field of work. Regardless of the nature of the job, my character lead me to a successful career life. I am always ready to accept challenges, especially new and non-healthcare projects.
