Being a call center agent and a home based customer service and sales representative for almost 9 years, I gained a lot of experiences in performing jobs such as a Telemarketer, Sales Consultant, Web Assistant, Sales Agent, Survey Agent, Customer Service Agent, Data Entry Specialist, Appointment Setter, and a Team Leader in an Inbound and Outbound accounts for an Australian, Canadian, and American companies.

I have been a Customer Service & Sales Representative for US Airways, Inside Out Calls, Prison Call Solutions, Startel, Planet Tel, and Pizzeria. I also handled Survey Accounts like Student Survey Account, Mortgage Random Survey Account, Diabetic Survey Account, and Educational Survey Account. Aside from that, I also handled Australian Government Grants, Loans, and Assistance Programs for Australian Business Financing Centre, and I have been an Appointment Setter for Air Care UV and Canada Duct, Furnace, and Duct Cleaning companies. I learned how to do Outbound Telemarketing, Insurance, Lead Generation, Credit Retention, Data Entry Jobs, Virtual Assistant, and other Sales Jobs for some companies.

My previous job is a Third Party Sales Representative for Cable, Phone, & Internet Companies and I’m calling about AT&T, Comcast (Xfinity), Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications, Century Link, Frontier Communications, Charter Communications, Earthlink, Windstream Communications, Cincinnati Bell, TDS, and Lead Generations for Cable One, Optimum, Mediacom, and Brighthouse Networks.

With these experiences, I learned how to handle these customers appropriately and in addition to that, I also perfectly learn how to pacify these customers and that's by providing their needs and going extra mile by providing options or alternatives.

I can work even up to 14 hours a day everyday no matter what the time frame is. I already setup a quiet working area here at home and I have a reliable fiber optic internet access of up to 10 Mbps that connects to my computer and laptop. I know how to use Salesforce, Google Docs or Google Mail for CRM and Google Voice, X-lite, Eyebeam, Predictive dialer for VOIP, and Magic Jack for calls.

I would be a wise choice because I get along well with people and are able to communicate well with many different types of customers. I'm a patient person and have an empathetic way of dealing with others that put them at ease. That would tend to make me as an ideal choice in presenting your product or service.
