I've been working since 2005. Worked as a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Quality Assurance Specialist, Subject Matter Expert. and been nominated several times for a Team Lead post. I've also been working as a Virtual Assistant for 6 years now. These experiences, these skills that I've acquired over the last 14 years of me working in this industry has honed me to become a performer. I believe that I'm equipped enough in this kind of field. I can work with less supervision, and more flexible in terms of time management and on handling different tasks. If I need to learn new things, I'd be more than glad to be trained.
