I have several years of experience in Handling Insurance Backend and Software Management (Applied EPIC / AMS 360 Vertafore) for clients in USA. I take pride in my accuracy and speed in transferring data into relevant data repositories. I am used to working with various types of Insurance data and I also am very experienced with multitasking for other office duties as needed. I thrive in a fast-paced environment.

My time working for the existing client has been spent productively in assisting the Account Managers by Policy Checking, Policy On-boarding, Processing Renewals, Issuing Evidence of Property, Issuing Certificate of Insurance, Processing Endorsements on web portals, Loss Runs Handling and entering other required tasks assigned by the client accurately and expeditiously.

This data is for new insured business, existing renewal insurances and from rewrite Insurance business. Some of the data derived from screenshots, and some was sourced from electronic databases in PDF formats. I was able to help the client achieve its monthly goals for new business with my efficiency and ability to accurately feed information into the system quickly.

I am skilled at using many Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and Word. I have familiarity with various capture and conversion software programs. Besides data entry, my other duties consisted of taking client queries and providing general assistance to the Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Account Managers.
