My name is Rainold Buenaflor. I have been working in the call center industry for roughly around 10 years and been working for a year as a Telesales Supervisor for a year in a home based environment. My first company was with Teletech Bacolod City as a Customer Service Representative for Sprint for 2 years and after that I worked for Teleperformance as a Technical Support Representative and Customer Care Consultant for Dell and Priceline for 2 years then after that I was with Transcom as a Customer Service Representative for Sears for 2 years as well. Then I was with Convergys Bacolod as Technical Support Representative for 2 years and then I was with JP Morgan in Cebu for 2 years. Then after JP Morgan I need to retire and need to be back home in Bacolod City for my family that's where i decided to do Home Based as an Appointment Setter and just after 2 months i was promoted as Telesales Supervisor unfortunately after a year our company needs to laid off the whole team due to financial issues of the company. With the Skill and the Experience that I have I believe that I will be great asset to your company
