Ø  Worked closely in global finance teams, leading India Finance teams and also handling corporate finance processes out of India like FP&A, Budgeting & Variance reporting (Cost by Nature, Function, Products), Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets & Depreciation, Month Close, Accruals, Prepaids, Reconciliations etc.

Ø  Working knowledge and practical experience of using Netsuite, Oracle Financials, Quickbooks Accounting and ERF software. Adaptable and flexible to use other software.

Ø  Other India specific activities like Financial reviews and planning, Controllership, Compliance & Risk Mgt, matrix organization structure, Taxation, Legal & Company Secretarial matters, Budgeting and Reporting, M&A and Due Diligence experience in both Acquirer and Acquired companies.
