I have been in the Call Center industry for 3 years. I was with Spectrum as Technical Support Representative for a year and moved to AT&T as Customer Service Specialist for 2 years. After working in a call center, I worked home-based for a drop-shipping (Shopify Store) where I fulfill orders and does the email support. I am very computer proficient, keen to details and result oriented.
