Being in the BPO industry for 5 and a half years, I have obtained extensive skills and knowledge in customer service that helped me and my team meet our goals that led to company's progress. With my dedication and commitment, I was able to move up and became a subject matter expert on multiple occasion and was also able to handle a team. With experience and leadership training, I was able to manage time, people, and resources efficiently.

I have a brief experience as a recruitment specialist, but mostly, I have spent majority of my career in the customer service space. I have always been effective in my career while maintaining a healthy relationship with people outside my workplace and doing the things I love.
