I am an experienced customer service representative, often have been commended by my clients as a top performer, always exceeding expectations. I excel at listening to basic and complex customer issues, through in bound and out bound calls, and communicating solutions that are of value to them.

For almost 3 years, I also served to process deliveries and installations of ordered products and catered to product complaints and cancellations. I have experience of using Microsoft office tools for documentation and for email purposes. I am dedicated and multi-tasked, allowing me to finish several tasks at a given time.

Then i went to Ebay as a customer representative navigating the Ebay site walking my members through, listing an item, shipping, uploading photos, billing.
