A pharmacist graduated from Cairo University 2007, with 13 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field, working as a regional trainer and organizational development. my experience in different multinational companies, have enriched my knowledge, competencies from different pharmaceutical practices all over Middle East region. That helped to develop excellence through insights for both our customers and patients’ needs. Thus positively impact our markets. my focus on people being the major drive for any company assets; allow her focusing on their development and retention by initiation of talent management retention program, job assignment and identifying needed trainings and competencies that match desired corporate, corporate Mission, Vision.
