Hi All,
I started as Customer support officer with a telecom company and this journey was around 2 years. Then I worked as Academic writer and I completed assignments in regards to Management, leaderships, business plans etc. This job improved my data entry skills as well and I will use this skill here to help the people to complete the tasks. For the last 5 years, I worked as email and chat support officer as well, I promoted to supervisor as well and then recently I did work as Quality assurance officer for email and chats. The biggest companies I worked for are Zong, Warid, Uber and Revolut.
