I have been working as a Call Center Agent for about 3 to 4 years now. I was able to cater billing and sales, have also handled technical account as well. Can handle customers that has bad experiences with their journey prior to contacting the company back. Also can assist customer with their queries about the products or their billing statements and making sure that it will be addresses properly at no time and for the technical account that I was able to handle. I always make sure that the issue of the customer is related to the service that is being offered by the company after making sure that the issue is related walk through customer with the certain process that would normally fix or resolved the issue.
