Leadership and Teamwork
As shop manager; I played a major role in organizing and managing the outlet at Innscor Kenya ltd. I helped
select the team each week and ensure that those playing turn up at the right place and time. In addition, I
worked as part of a team to deliver, create and build an Association for mechanical and refrigeration
expertise in Kenya. My role within the team was to take a lead as the secretary of the Association. It
enhanced my ability to form relationships at all levels, and motivate and support other team members,
setting objectives, and planning activities and resources, to achieve organization goals.
Computing skills
During my degree and relevant work experience I have acquired Working Knowledge of computer
applications including Microsoft CRM, QuickBooks, Sage, and SPSS Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and strong
IT skills, that enhanced my confidence when using information technology, with an ability to learn new
applications.

I have gained strong communication skills during my degree course and work experience from giving
