I help grow Amazon businesses using thorough and effective Amazon brand management - including Listing Creation & Optimization, PPC creation and management (both on Seller Central and Amazon Advertising), and account maintenance and growth, among other things. I have a set of tools and processes that I use for different processes, including keyword research and analyzing competitors' data which are foundational for Amazon account management, but I am open to using other tools and processes that are proven effective in achieving certain clients' goals. Constant learning and polishing of necessary skills have always been my keys to success, for all the businesses being entrusted to me.

Prior to focusing on Amazon roles, I had great exposure as a Customer Service Lead for a startup in the home and gardening niche based in California.

I was also privileged to be the Team Lead for a small group of VA's from the Philippines, 7 members of which I personally recruited and hired, as well as trained and oriented most of them in a span of 18 months.
