WORK EXPERIENCE
23/07/2018–Present
Remote - Project Manager
EMBER SOFTWARE SRL.
In the present position my current responsibilities are:
- Creating and assigning tasks from a Project Management system called ClickUp
- Planning sprints on a weekly basis for a team of 5 developers
- Support and direction for the team members in order to achieve their milestones
- Ensuring each member of the team is able to best deploy their strengths and develop new skills
- Regular feedback meetings where the work of developers is being reviewed. Providing individual
honest opinions about the overall performance and suggestions of improvement where needed.
- Creating reports on a weekly basis as well as scheduling regular meetings with the higher-ups
I enjoy woking remotely because the access to the job market isn't limited by where I live, it gives me
freedom over how I spend my free time therefore I can make my own schedule, my productivity is
best when I don't have distractions near me and I enjoy the challenge of needing to find efficient ways
to communicate with my colleagues when they are not in the next cubicle.
From my experience the "hard time" working remotely is the first 1-2 months until all things get well
organised, you succeed in synchronising with your employer in various aspects such as Timeline
differences/Culture/Bonding etc. But if you wake up everyday and the commitment and the joy, that
you are doing what you love are attached to you, then you are good to go.

As I constantly worked with people I succeeded in improving my communication skills, interaction with
different kinds of people as well as being a good handler of difficult and stressful situations, Each time I
succeeded to keep myself calm in-spite of the situation. My hobby is being an actor on the stage so I
don't have a difficulty with giving a speech or entertaining an audience. I can also manage and control
myself in stressful situations.
I was a member of many different Non-governmental organisations such a " Mountain Scouts" or "
Ascendant" where I developed both my physical and my intellectual skills in team-building, leadership
and of course team-work. Through those organisations I disciplined myself, learning to listen to others
opinion and admit I am not the only one who is right.
