I have worked with Genpact as a Process developer for Wachovia bank which is the second largest bank of US. I was responsible for handling Document Storage and Retrieval. I helped in the stabilization of the process learning things quickly and helping the team on their problem areas. I was responsible for creation and maintenance of new and existing brokerage accounts of Wells Fargo and also responsible for processing of validate and
rectify account documents under different queues.I have also worked with BMB Softech where I was responsible for preparing The Statement of accounts of US clients on Quickbooks and Peachtree Accounting Software. I have also prepared the Individual Income tax return Form 1040 and Corporation Income tax return Form 1120 on Turbo tax and Lacarte Taxation software. Received a bronze award and multiple spot awards for excellent performance and 99.5% accuracy.
