SoftwareONE (9th June 2016 – Present): Working as Associate Consultant for Cloud Support. Responsibilities and Products supported: a. Complete troubleshooting of Office 365 Products range: Sharepoint, LYNC, One Drive, Exchange etc. b. Elaborating above, issues like: Mail flow, Migration, One drive Sync, Exchange configuration, Hybrid setup, AD sync to name a few of the vast range surrounding Microsoft technologies. c. Act as One stop solution to all Office 365 technologies. d. Complete tasks within provided SLA. Projects Handled: Savills plc which is a global real estate services provider listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. a. A team of 4 successfully finished Migration to Office 365 for one of many geographical locations, since the company is spread to many locations the project is still not complete. b. We are a complete package for them from local admin work till escalations if even Microsoft involvement is required, being Microsoft Gold Partner firm. c. Migration includes more than 20000 Mailboxes, using 3rd party tool called CM365. Malaysia Airlines a. This was again a Migration project for above 20000+ mailboxes, completed successfully. b. Looking after day to day issues related to AD SYNC in Hybrid, calendaring issues, legal reports etc. 2. Convergys India Service Private Limited, Gurgaon (12 May 2014 – 31 May 2016): Worked as Tier 2 Escalation Engineer in Office 365 enterprise support. (Microsoft Partner) Responsibilities and Products Supported: a. Working as escalation engineer made me work close to engineering team who actually developed product and could make necessary changes to the Office 365 product. b. Handled escalations for a team of 11 frontline engineers working on exchange mainly for issues like migration, mailflow, mailbox related queries, recovery. c. Had a strong reputation within Microsoft for commitment and best results, supported by multiple early promotions, awards and appreciations from Microsoft Leaders. Projects: a. Microsoft EVEREST(internal): While in Microsoft support escalations, we were introduced in new year 2015 to a completely new support system, ensuring the following: Resolution within 24hr, whatever the extent of the problem Meet 97% positive Survey for the company 0 escalations b. We were able to achieve the target and maintained the same every month, which is a very difficult task in environment such as Microsoft. 3. Convergys India Service Private Limited, Gurgaon (1st April 2011 - October 31, 2012): Worked as Technician IV, Network Svcs. Responsibilities and Products Supported: a. The job role was for Internal IT team called Network services which handled the following technologies: Troubleshooting for platforms like AVAYA, linux, vmware, SharePoint, desktop related issues for work at home employees. Maintaining 99% uptime for all production tools and support via calls and remotes. Configurations and Onboarding for new employees. Isolate the issue and involve if another specialized team was required other than network services, such as VOIP(cisco), Citrix etc Projects: a. Work From Home opportunity for the needy: At Convergys, they believe in helping people, hence started a project for people with disabilities or special needs, which we as a team made possible. b. We implemented a linux based dongle provided to every employe which required a 1.5 Mbps connection and could be used to work from home as a Convergys employee. c. The OS had Citrix based access providing complete security, which was a huge success. 4. Iyogi Technical Services, Gurgaon (22nd Feb 2010- 31st March 2011): Worked as Technical specialist L2, take care of troubleshooting of issues regarding windows, network etc. 5. K Sons, Dehradun (Cisco, Microsoft Partner) (1st Sep 2007- 31st Dec 2009): Worked as system engineer, was responsible for proper functioning of the network & system. Being a small setup (less than 100 systems) included admin related work and daily maintenance activities. Areas Of expertise: a. RCA for exchange/server issues. b.
