Ravindra Raghubir

 I have about 7 years of experience as a Transportation Supervisor/Dispatcher, IT Tech/Assistant and Photographer. In 7 years I did a lot of problem solving inside different departments whether it was someone needing assistance with their computer who has a deadline or an angry parent wondering where their child's van is for pick up. During this time of working I was also a full-time student getting my Bachelors of Arts degree in Communication Arts (TV/RADIO/FILM Production) which is where I learned how to sharpen my eye for the best cinematic shot possible. 

As a Transportation Supervisor/Dispatcher I ran a fleet of sprinters that would pick up individuals from their home and bring them to program, and vice versa. I had the technology to follow each vehicle knowing their exact location, idle time and what speed they were driving at. I would dispatch vehicles to those who needed pickup and weren’t on their correct route. When new people would join the program I would add them to the best route so I wont put my drivers in a weird loop and they can make it back on time to the building with the individuals. I had dash cams bought for each vehicle in my fleet just in case an individual gets hurt or if the vehicle is in an accident. As an IT Tech I ran the help desk, people would send tickets to us to come help them with their computer, printer, or telephone problems. Many requests were for finding lost files on the server and resetting passwords. I had a customer service tone when talking to office members who needed assistance with their technology related device. It is always great to have a smile and be cordial to those around. You never know what can be happening in that person's life and if you bring a negative vibe to a person in a negative space the outcome will not be pleasant.

I am a person who uses their mind at a fast pace. It's how I work diligently and it's how I get the work done, I am focused while driving,  I am very focused when operating a camera, and I am focused when solving an IT related problem. With both my education in photography and experience in the Information Technology field I hope to be a great candidate for any position.
