I am a Technical and Customer Support Specialist where my main priority is to give the best resolution to each customer and to be an asset to a company. I have worked as a back-office support specialist to ensure escalations and critical cases are being taken care of.

I worked closely with the team leader and the client to ensure that the best quality and success is being delivered. I am proactive in sharing what challenges I have observed to address the gap to make the program/business successful.

Working with the leaders has helped me learn how to be very specific, detailed, focus, organized, plan everything I do daily.

I also have experience in working on outbound sales, enhance the graphics of the picture, personally manage Facebook messages and comments to ensure that every customer is being assisted, handle and resolve customer issue using Zendesk. I always make sure that I am meeting or exceeding my scorecard or client goals not only it is required but because I believe that we should be at our best.

  I have 6 years of customer service. I have learned how to genuinely help our customers by providing an easy and friendly interaction. Effectively and efficiently profile customers to give the best experience.

I work with less supervision and make action and decisions as if the company or the business is mine.
