I started working from home about two years ago, August of 2020 to be exact. I am currently working as a part time Customer Service Associate for an E-Commerce company. Typical day at work consist of responding to customers queries in a timely manner and tailored fit response via phone and emails. Order processing and order fulfilment, assist customers in placing new orders, replacement, returns & any shipping issues.

Prior to that, I have been working in a BPO industry as an Account Receivables/Collections for both B2C and B2B. During those years I have acquired broad experience in collections and customer service. Those skills I have developed over time landed me where I am right now. I am also currently looking for other opportunities where I can continue to improve my expertise.
