SAP, documented results in ALMQC. In charge of train people in Costa Rica about how to develop their
tasks in SAP.
Working in the GL specifically in revenue area, making sales adjustments, chargebacks, rebates, MDFs with
all healthcare business and also in the spending area making adjustments of expenses, cost center
maintenance , distributions of costs, audit and testing processes in SAP during deployment.

purchase price variance, creation of materials and cost in SAP, tracking of markup, tracking of GI/IR, review
that the AP and AR in the intercompany matches, making accruals. Reconciliations of the inventory
accounts, attend balance sheet meetings to review accounts.
Bridgestone Americas Tires Operations-
Position: Procure to pay & Travel and expenses Analyst
In charge of booking all invoices (PO and NONPO) in the month, supporting countries like; Costa Rica,
Mexico, Colombia. Booking flights and hotel reservations for BATO employees to support operations in the
different countries of Latin America. Reconcile procure to pay and expenses accounts for the company
every month. Approving expense report in Concur and registered them in SAP.
