Hi. I am Rechell Pancho, I am a marketing management graduate, I am currently working as Jr. Sales Documentation Sssistant in a real state company. I am a frontliner, I answer calls and queries of buyer's, agents and brokers with regard to the product we are selling, I am responsible for the safe keeping of buyer's files and information and treat it as confidential. I have pass experienced as a Human resource Representative. I am responsible for the recruitment of new employees, orientation of rules and regulations, computation of payroll using payroll system, handling employee's concerns and complaints etc., I was also assigned as accounting staff, specific on operating expenses and purchasing. I am the one responsible for handling and preparing purchase order, recording of operating expenses, preparing weekly and monthly reports (complete details of purchases, cash in, expenses and others per month). I have knowledge in basic accounting, debit and credit. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (word, excel and PowerPoint). I can do data entry, editing, typing jobs, downloading videos and other's, customer service, content writing, internet research. I might be new here, but I am very interested to learn new things to enhance my capability and develop my skills in other field of expertise. I am open for training.
