I have a customer and technical support work experienced handling US retail account. Main duties are order status, refund, membership cancellation and update information. Providing technical support for electronic reader devices. I also worked as Medical Sales Representative. I'm a medical laboratory scientist by profession here in the Philippines, but with these work experiences made me considered myself flexible and can work beyond my comfort zone. I have also knowledge about product listing, experienced in using google spreadsheets, excel, MS word.
