I've been working in a private company for more than 4 years specializing in Accounting & Finance. The following are my job functions:
- Assist in performing banking and accounting functions.
- Prepares check and check vouchers.
- Receives daily remittance from account representative and prepares daily reports.
- Counter check of deposit slips against collection report.
- Handles, sorts, and checks issued purchased orders , statement of accounts and other billings.
- Coordinates to insurance company for claims and collections.
- Handles administrative support, inventory of supplies and coordinate to suppliers for negotiating.
- Creates daily budgeting and submit to budget manager for approval.
