I am Remya Rema, with 12 years of experience in back-office operations, data entry and call center operations,

Post my Masters in Business Administration I joined Vodafone , then Hutch in June 2006. During my stint which lasted for 12 years, I have handled multiple roles starting from the Entry Level as an Executive leading to the Mid-Management Level of Deputy Manager.

I have experience in handling Collection Call- Centre Operations , Credit Analysis and Fraud Monitoring , Billing Operations , Corporate Reporting (MIS) & Cost Monitoring and Vendor Management and Data entry.
