A friendly and dependable person with 8+ years of customer service, management, and sales experience looking to get back to work. I have worked in retail, a restaurant, an inbound customer service call center, and most recently e-commerce customer service. In these positions I have learned to use an array of software from the Microsoft suite, Multiple Customer Service help desks those included Zendesk, Gorgias, HubSpot, Help scout and Reamaze, the Google Suite, Evernote, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Printful, and Printfy. Prior to starting on Upwork, I have also run my own Etsy, Amazon, eBay, and Shopify Storefronts, which gave me the experience in managing inventory, taking, and editing pictures for my listings, writing accurate and concise product descriptions, dealing with SEO, handling customers concerns and returns and to make sure that the customer gets a quality product, gets their product on time, and has a wonderful shopping experience. All these positions have helped me to hone my skills of patience, being attentive, going above and beyond the expectation, and making sure the customer has a pleasant experience whether it is shopping, calling with a problem with their service or bill, ordering a meal, or calling for technical assistance.
