Been through a lot on how to deal with all different type of customers you name them. Being a Filipino is an edge when working in a customer service related job. We are known for our customer focus attitude and being empathetic. Before I got into the call center industry, which is my previous job, I used to work in some of the country's leading fast food chain while in surviving in college. I also used to work for JP Morgan & Chase Co. as a retail banking specialist (call center). Being able to work in one of US' leading bank is really a not an easy job. Aside from getting into tough background check you also need to be a highly skilled representative. After I worked for JP Morgan, I also experienced working for Athletic Greens, still as a customer service representative. I was trained well on how to use Shopify, slack, intercom, Zendesk, limelight, and NFS.
