My name is Rhea! Friends called me Yia! I'm 34 years old, single. I studied at University of St.La Salle. I took up Bachelor of Science and information technology. I was born and raised in Bacolod Negros Occidental Philippines. I'm the eldest daughter and I had one sibling which is a year younger than me. She’s very closed to me and I like to hang out with her during my spare time. I like to watch movies, going to the beach and a lot of outdoor activities. I’m a very happy hardworking person. I like challenging jobs like being a Customer service representative, I like helping people with their problems and provide service satisfaction. I’ve been with 3 largest BPO here in the Philippines, and I worked as a customer service associate which I enjoyed for almost 6 years. I’m a part-time home based telemarketer for lead generation project since 2015. I also worked as a Data entry specialist / SCALE API/ REMOTASK and Task/Reviewer.I help businesses boost their online presence, so they can serve more clients and skyrocket sales through content marketing. I help entrepreneurs increase their lead generation through social media. I'm excellent in verbal and written English communication skills, and effective member of a team who can build and maintain a positive working relationship. I do have an ability to learn and apply new skills quickly. Can work under pressure, responsible and willing to be trained. I have a good understanding of industry-specific terminology.had a strong ability to read, grasp, understand, analyse, and reproduce information in a methodical and goal-oriented manner and a sharp mind with a good understanding of information and a basic understanding of statistical methods and processes. I'm currently looking for great opportunities to build long-term commitments with clients.
