I've been in the BPO industry for 4 years. I've worked with Sprint Telesales Inbound and Outbound campaign for 2 years. Then I also worked with T-Mobile Team of Experts where we handle almost all of customer's concern. Then lastly I worked with Aetna providers benefits and claims. So far I enjoyed being with sales because its more rewarding and exciting since you need to hit the quota to get the commission and top other agents as well. After moving to a different place I decided to do home-based jobs since I wont be needing to travel to work. I did appointment setting task where we call clients or prospects to start their Medical Plan.

My goal is to provide quality work and contribute growth to companies and business owners that I work with.
