I've been in the BPO industry for 9 years now and have taken several roles like Technical Support, Customer Service Representative, Complaints Case Manager, Web Developer, Sales Representative and just recently I have been a Content Technician (Data Entry). I am very dependable and independent person. I'd love challenging tasks and be a part of a team that doesn't only help me grow professionally but would also allow me to showcase my existing skills. I've managed handling a small team of people with about 10 to 15 heads when I was a supervisor apprentice for a BPO company where I was given the opportunity to listen to their calls, provide feedback, and most importantly, take escalation calls. One of my future goals is to be promoted to supervisory or managerial position so I can impart all of my learnings acquired throughout my career. I have an in-depth experience dealing with US and Australian customers via calls (both inbound and outbound), emails, chats, and even SMS.
