I believe that sales, marketing, and customer service all fall into the category of human nature. I have learned that if you can learn human nature it is easier to understand how to market, sell, and how to help service your clients in an easier way. We as humans have six basic needs, that range from certainty, variety, recognition, connection, growth and contribution. Learning about these human needs I am able to very flexible, I can work in high pressure situations, and I am not afraid to put myself in uncomfortable positions.
