HI I am Richard Matuguinas, I have been with the call center industry for 10 years started as a Technical Support Agent for Dell Computer for 1 year and 6 month after wards I moved in to work with Toshiba same position as a Technical Support agent then work with Nokia Siemens as an IT help-desk then after 2 years and 5 months, I move to a new company to became a supervisor for AT&T UVerse stayed there for 3 years then move to Wiley IT help-desk then again a supervisor for Springer Rights and Permissions and stayed with them for almost 4 years
With that being said I believe I have gained enough knowledge to be good in the field of customer service as well as technical support.
I would love to work with a company where I can showcase my talent and still has a lot to offer when it comes to developing people and their career.
I would like to keep this short and simple and hopefully this will be enough for others to grasp my pretty decent work background
