Richard Michael S. Jimenez

After graduating in 2009, I worked at American Data Exchange as a data encoder for various files. Learned basic skills on computer such as speed typing, file management and producing quality outputs for minimal time.

After a year, I became a freelance 3D editor for a game called Getamped. Amped games then absorbed me to be part of their team as a Brand Activation Manager, where I supervise the agents who visit computer shops or hubs around the country. I also worked as a Game Master for Shaiya and handled Online promotions and activities for the game. I gained the knowledge of promoting on social media sites in Facebook and forums. 

 In 2011 I worked at the Department of Information and Communications Technology as an Analyst in the Finance Department. I learned to harness the power the most powerful MSOffice tool: Excel.

After a year, I wanted to get my focus on gaming so I applied as a Creative Designer for Anino Games. I learned basic coding for games,and creating a structured workflow on how games work.

Then in June of 2015 I worked in Convergys as a Sales - Customer Relations Specialist for a brand called OnStar. I learned proper customer support and being a sales advocate.

After another year I decided to just focus all my energy at home working. So I took the The Integrated Comprehensive Virtual Assistant Training and Coaching Program of the Knights of Online Marketers (KOM), learning about the craft of becoming a Virtual Assistant. 

Currently I am a scholar for the RISTT E-Commerce & Digital Marketing to further improve my skills.
