I'm a self-reliant that directs individuals and groups with confidence and success. I used to express opinions and makes complex decisions with unwavering conviction. I enjoy leading projects and easily buy-in of teams in that way, I influence others with self-assured ideas and actions.

I'm intense when setting ambitious personal and professional goals. I confronts potential problems or difficulties immediately and decisively on the way I can lead it naturally. I can energetically tackle big goals, motivate and persuade large groups.

I remain calm even in situations of pressure, working on projects with deadline will not be a problem for me. I am independent, I can able to do work independently especially if I know that all of my colleagues are busy. Working alone at home is not a problem, setting up a short term and long term plan will help me to achieve my goals.

I can able to handle stress even things come to worst, focusing on priorities that will allow me to finish all the task on time. I tend to be flexible as well, I still show professionalism even in different situation. I'm realistic when it comes to things that it can and impossible things to do.

I can also work with different kind of people, adopting different culture will not be a problem. Communicating with other nationalities will not be a hindrance to understand someone, I can able to comprehend other people regardless of nationality as long as we use the same universal language.
