I AM A LEADER, NOT A BOSS...

One of the major reason why I became interested to sign up for Hubstaff Talent account is how they classify an Agency or Company and a Freelancer. I don't want to mislead my client that I am working alone but clearly, I don't have an Agency or a Company. I work TOGETHER WITH my Team, they assist me with lot of stuffs, especially with research and some phone calls. Hence, I am still hands on with ALL my projects. Though I dream of having a team, I don't want to MICROMANAGE individuals as well, I want all of us to grow together and I guess this is working pretty good for all of us and now, we're on our 3rd year, working in harmony. By the way, it is just a small team of five, including me.

About me.. I started my Telemarketing career 5 years ago. I worked for a call center here in the Philippines and the campaign was for a Home Improvement Company. We are calling individuals using an automated dialer and we will invite them for a presentation with the company's showroom.

I learned about Freelancing and signed up an account with Odesk and Elance. I had my first project on Elance and got a 5-star rating for that 1st one opening the door of opportunity towards a successful career for me. I was then hired for a Candy Machine Placement campaign which worked out really good and because of that my client asked me to build a team. However, this type of campaign is not actually something that is meant to last for a long time. We had to separate ways after that. I started looking for campaigns for myself and so I had Real Estate, Final Expense, Oncology, etc. There was this Real Estate Appointment Setting and Research campaign that once again became successful and with that, I had a team again. We've worked for that campaign for more than a year. Then, we had MCA campaign, Medicare, and other Real Estate campaigns. We also do Data Entry, Research, and Lead Generation.

I hope to grow more with this platform. I am now looking forward to grow my team and I hope that we could find a wonderful opportunity for us here.
