I have vast experience in Healthcare Business. I am currently employed with my local employer and looking for a part time job. I am responsible for sending alert notifications to doctors, site coordinators and site monitors. Alerts are being generated if one of the analytes from the lab results is higher or lower than the normal range. This needs to be notified to the assigned personnel in the study within 24hrs for necessary or immediate action.

We also receive phone calls and emails from the site for assistance and any escalation requests to the project coordinator and manager.

The job role is more on administrative work, inbox management and phone calls. The task requires attention to detail as we are not only talking to the site or study personnel but also reporting directly with the clients.

I also worked as an intake coordinator at a House Call Company in Michigan that sends providers to the patient's service address. My job role is more on administrative work, data entry, answering phone calls and responding to emails. As the intake coordinator, we are responsible for creating the patient's chart and making sure that all paperwork is uploaded in our database (Aprima) before sending a task to our scheduling team. Referrals can be sent via email or fax, we need to thoroughly scan the intake forms or patient's face sheet once it is received and check if we are missing documents or information needed to complete the chart. It is very critical that we have all the details double checked, most importantly the patient's demographics, recent diagnosis, history, current medications and any helpful information that we can upload on the patient's chart. We even call the facilities, patient's relatives, pharmacies and referrers to obtain the missing information. I was also trained for medication reconciliation and Insurance Verification.

-Premium Billing

Assist members with their Premium Payment, Payment Inquiries, Account Reinstatement and Automatic Payment Set Up Requests through Bank Account or Social Security Administration Deduction.

Help members answer their queries about their plan (Plan Education and Benefits).

Process Prescription Refills and New Prescription Requests from their providers/doctors.

Check Medication coverage and formulary.

-Late Enrollment Penalty Attestation

Sends an attestation directly to Medicare for the Late Enrollment Penalty incurred by the member.

-Address Change

Updating the member's address on file using the USPS website as the main tool.

Make sure that the member is enrolled in the plan to which state he/she is permanently residing in to avoid disenrollment.
