Major Responsibilities:
Assist Head HR in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating HR
Strategies including policies, programs and procedures.
Managed entire recruitment activities like advertisements, coordinating
with the head hunters, screening candidates, interview scheduling, job
offer preparation.
Maintaining employee data entry and updating master record through
SAP, Collect / Verify documents / testimonials of new employees.
