I'm Ritchel and you can call me as Ritch, a native girl from Philippines. I graduated BS Economics at University of Southeastern Philippines. Regardless work, I love to deal and interact to different kind of people as well as with the machines. Also, I love to serve and help customers and improve things if I can. In fact, most of my work experiences are related about customer service. I work as internet attendant were I was able to know the basic about computer such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. I also work as a Sales Executive were I was able to handle customers inquiries regarding the product that we offer. Also, I work as a Customer Service Representative were I was able to represents myself on how to communicate, handle irate people and build rapport. Then, I work also like Multitasking were my position as Admin Staff includes cashiering, dining and customer service were I was able to process orders, forms, applications and requests. Also, I work as a Real Estate Agent were I was able to enhance my ability about Power Selling. I am a kind of a person that works with under pressure and commitment. I can start with a very low rate.
