• Been with AT&T Direct TV as a Technical Support Representative. I walk through client's cable activation, provide technical assistance, setting up technician's appointment and handling sales concern are some of my responsibilities.

• I have also worked as a Virtual Dental Receptionist for an Orthodontic Office in Hawaii specializing in Invisalign. My responsibilities covers; assisting incoming and present patients, setting up appointments and coordinating with the doctor's availability, phone, and email operator, communicating with other dental offices, maintain clients' account and undertaking non-clinical tasks if needed.

• I worked a General Virtual Assistant for an Events company based in Chicago. I do sales, provide technical support, handle incoming and outgoing mails, take escalation calls, handle complaints, monitor clients to be refunded, follow-up with clients for their designs or make one if needed. Follow up with payments, cancellation, and reschedule. I also communicate with other departments if there is something that is needed to be done.

My past gigs:

I have also done past gigs for a Taxi Service System as client support. I provide phone support for Taxi franchise owners, dispatchers, and drivers. Mostly are done on chats via Zendesk and Zopim. I also provide remote-access assistance if need be.

I worked as a chat and email support provider for an IG-based marketing company. I provide all sorts of assistance like billing. membership, cancellation, data entry, and more.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Trello, Ortho Edge, Timely, Nextiva, Ring Central, Asana, Vicidial, Google Sheets, Canva, Slack and other software as well.
