Work Experience Production / QA Supervisor / Admin Assistant Sapphire Instruments Subic Bay Inc. - Subic Bay, Zambales April 2007 to January 2018 I become QA supervisor for almost a year before I became Production supervisor. I monitored the performance of all technicians and check if they follow the procedure and meet all quality and produced a requested quantity of the costumers. I checked and calibrates all electronics requirements and fixture for all technicians station. Reports their daily output and send report email to my boss based in Taipei. I presides daily meeting with all employees and supervisor. I do outsourcing tasks fro different government agencies. I presides meeting with visitors or costumers who patrolled the company. Since then, we have lots of projects and costumers from US, Europe and Japan. I also interview new applicants for different departments and suggest to my boss who is qualified to the position need. Post the vacant warehouse in different sites of local and national government agencies. I was assigned to do a data enrty from PDF handritten file and re-entry to either MS Word or MS Exdel. The data is quite difficult because it was written on a Chinese handwritten skills so it it hard to understand every letter but I can manage to understand it becuase I been learn their accent while wqorking with then for more than 10 years.
