I have more than 3 years of experience in call center, mainly for international accounts. Aside from taking in calls, I also did data entry, chat and email support at the same time. Working with the most well-known storage provider (soft & hard copy of documents ) in Canada made me keen to details and keeping records accurate and updated has become my norm. Because I'm new to this type of career, I've taken and completed a training focused on virtual assistance tasks to make sure that I can provide services with quality.
