I love working in social media and digital marketing.

I like everything from content ideation to pitching large integrated paid strategy. Being a part of the creative process and leading the performance of successful social campaigns drives me to learn more.

With eight years' experience in marketing and digital communications, I've recently:

• Built the brand Selph Health Studios from the ground up. Making social media their top referral source.

• Managed the social and content arm of Guardian Early Learning Group. This includes everything from copywriting, building creative assets and performance. In one year, with limited budget, social media became a hub for new parents and the cheapest lead, measured by cost per acquisition.

• Currently, I'm directing the two biggest clients at Hello Social, where I currently work. Achieving aggressive KPIs and evolving social strategy daily.

With a focus on impact and a digital, detail orientated mind, my experience has taken me across agency and client-side. This means I can pitch ideas, enjoy implementing change and understand the importance of collaboration.
