I have been in the call center industry for more than three years. My experience as a call center agent involves taking inbound and outbound calls, doing customer support, sales and survey. After being in the BPO industry, I taught Koreans, Japanese and Chines ESL (English as Second Language) for 2 years. I used to write articles and posts for a project base British company. I also have experience in chat support, sending emails and doing administrative work for my client who owns an online casino for a year.

My working experience involved a great deal of patience, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. For one course, BS Development Communication Major in Education Communication.
I am fast and accurate, with a keen eye for detail. I am able to take on the responsibility of any job given to me. I have the determination to ensure that I am able to submit any project or work that is asked of me.
