Being part of the call center industry was never easy. I have worked with several companies catering different supports, mainly customer service. I started as an appointment setter for over a year at a firm in the Philippines making outgoing calls to possible clients and offering the best services that the firm can provide. After which, I joined one of the biggest BPO companies in the Philippines as well, C3-Customer Contact Channels. Being one of the pioneers in the telecommunications account that I joined, I was able to handle the front line support, technical support and mainly the senior role as a disputes specialist handling fraud issues on customer accounts and billing dispute concerns. I was also appointed as a Subject Matter Expert assisting new hires prior to them joining the people on live production. Having those in mind making me stand out from the crowd and making me confident with the future projects.
