My name is Rodrigo. My first job with regard to BPO started in 1999 working as a costumer care consultant for America Online ( AOL ) Philippines. Next is for NCO, another BPO in the Philippines under T-Mobile account as a Costumer Care Representative. I can say that my strongest point on costumer service is my attitude of never giving up on things, and my principle in life that "If you are going to do something, you have to make sure that you do your best " that is what I believe since I was in high school that, till now that great principle makes me one of the best on any endeavor that I indulge into. Patience wise? that I have a great to offer. and the attitude that everything is a challenge. I always find some ways to find things that are not available. Plus I always practice Empathy and concern all the time. I always make sure to put my foot on others so to give the best and finest costumer experience ever.
