I am Technical support representative for 5 years. I have been a member of the Escalations team or as a Subject Matter Expert. We handle Comcast Northeast Division particularly in DC, Maryland, Virginia and Some part of Delaware.
We handle initial activation to Phone service and basic troubleshooting for its technical aspect. If we cannot resolve the issue we create tickets for our higher fix agency or we set a truck roll to address the customer's concern. We also provide troubleshooting for the Internet, home-networking, email clients. Same with the phone after troubleshooting if we found the necessity to roll the truck - we set them. We also provide troubleshooting to their home-networking and setting and troubleshooting for their email clients.
